Ecology and Wildlife courses
Course is accredited by UK Rural Skills
Ecology is the study of relationships between an organism and its environment. The "environment " refers to all other living things (the biotic content) and the non-living things (abiotic content) that comprise the particular environment. Ecology is not a difficult subject although it can be confusing because it requires us to grasp a lot of concepts rather than hard facts.
From the study of ecology comes the idea of conservation which nowadays is of vital importance given the damage caused by humans to the planet. We tend to forget or not realise that whenever another living thing is affected by our actions so are we because we too are an organism, a living thing. On this page you will find a range of environmental courses from ecology training to African conservation.
