Standing order payment: a standing order is put in place for payment by instalments. The first instalment can be made via the standing order or made immediately via bank transfer, cheque or PayPal.

Your right to cancel:

 

Under The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your enrolment within 14 days after the day on which you receive the first course materials. No cancellation fee is applicable. If materials were delivered by post rather than email, these should to be returned to Animal Biology and Care Education.

Animal Biology and Care Education endeavours to adhere to all consumer rights and acknowledges the Consumer Rights Act (2015) and its requirements.  Updated 2nd May 2024

Question: What happens if you feel this course is too challenging for me at the moment?

Answer: You will be offered another version of the course aimed at at least one level less than the one for your current course. For example, Level 3 (or level 2 if the course was a level 3 already). This will allow you to build your learning skills and understanding of the subject and to progress to more demanding courses.

 

Question: How many times can I attempt an assignment or part of an assignment?

Answer: up to three times. After the third time, you will be awarded the highest level of achievement e.g. Pass or Merit. If you do not achieve the Pass after three attempts, an alternative version of the course will be offered.

Please Note

If no work is received or work stops being sent for marking, after 12 months, a registration will be removed from our records. Any payments cannot be refunded after 30 days of enrolment.
