Question: What happens if you feel this course is too challenging for me at the moment?
Answer: You will be offered another version of the course aimed at at least one level less than the one for your current course. For example, Level 3 (or level 2 if the course was a level 3 already). This will allow you to build your learning skills and understanding of the subject and to progress to more demanding courses.
Question: How many times can I attempt an assignment or part of an assignment?
Answer: up to three times. After the third time, you will be awarded the highest level of achievement e.g. Pass or Merit. If you do not achieve the Pass after three attempts, an alternative version of the course will be offered.
